"Eckert destroys the nice world of TV-police-serials, but he builds up an own, fascinating universe. (...) The noir writing of Dashiell Hammett or Raymond Chandler gets a new impulse. But Eckert´s universe is even darker." (Reutlinger General-Anzeiger)
